Q: What is the Return Policy?

 If you choose to return the equipment you will need an authorized RMA from TOAST.net Customer Service.   The device must be in its original box including all parts and documentation. Write the assigned RMA number on the shipping label and Ship To:

If device is returned within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be made minus any applicable fees:

  • Restocking Fee: $30 -- waived if device is not opened and there is no data usage.
  • Missing/Damaged Items Fee: $15 -- If any items are missing or damaged from original purchase including product box, then the return may not be eligible for a credit. Ineligible devices will not be shipped back to the sender.
  • Data Usage Fee: varies -- depends on plan or network.

TOAST.net reserves the right to reject equipment returns/refunds that do not comply with the Return Policy. The customer is responsible for return postage. 

Q: What is the Device Warranty Policy?

Refurbished devices carry a warranty of 6 months after original purchase date. New devices carry a warranty of 1 year after original purchase date. If there is no physical/water damage, the device can be repaired or replaced. Customer is responsible for return postage.
